7 Layers Nursery is selling perennial vegetable, medicinal, wildlife attracting and utilitarian plants that overwinter well in our climate. We are offering delivery and pickup only in 2021. We’ll be delivering to Whatcom and Skagit counties only this year. You can place your order on their website.
