We are happy to be able to offer customizable courses on a wide variety of topics! These courses are perfect for clubs, birthdays, office retreats, and more. Common subject areas include fire building and safety, carving and knife safety, animal skulls and identification, owl pellet dissection, wilderness survival, plant identification, and plant medicine making (but we are happy to design a special course just to meet the needs of your group)!
Instructors are selected based on expertise and availability.
Custom Course Rates:
Will vary based on number of hours/days/participants.
Base Rate:
$300 for the first two hours for up to 10 participants.
$5 extra per hour per participant for groups larger than 10.
$50 per hour for each additional hour beyond two hours.
$40 extra travel fee for courses taking place in a location more than 1 hour drive from Bellingham, WA
Two day courses run at $1000, for up to 16 hours of instruction and up to 10 participants.
Our usual program materials are covered by this fee, but the cost of specialized materials will be added to the course fee.
WA state sales tax of 9.2% is required for live presentations as of October 2025.
