We understand that sometimes plans change!
If life happens and you just can’t make it to one of our courses, we want to make sure we can provide some options so that you can still get your money’s worth.
We are a very small business and operate with a very tight budget. Often, by the time a course runs, participant fees have already been allocated to purchasing materials, public lands permits, campsites, instructor payroll, and taxes. With this being the case, we can issue some refunds, but it is dependent on how early they are requested.
Immersion course registration includes a $250 non-refundable deposit for the full immersion, and $150 deposit for individual weekend signups. The remainder of the fee may be refunded up to three weeks before the first date of the course. After this point, we cannot issue a refund; however, if something comes up and you need to miss a class that you have paid for, we can schedule you for a makeup class in the following year’s immersion!
Short courses run on smaller timelines. We can offer refunds up to two weeks before a short course, with 10% non-refundable fee to cover our electronic money handling software.
If short courses are cancelled, we will offer a full refund. If one of our immersion program weekends is cancelled, we will attempt to reschedule to offer alternative dates.
