We will end our harvesting year way down in Klickitat at my dear friend Natasha Clarks home, harvesting, feasting and celebrating our harvesting season together.

What we will harvest: Acorns, acorns, acorns. Oak gals, oak bark, pine pitch, Lomatium klickitatense and lions mane mushrooms.

What we will create and process: Acorn flour, ink and dye from the gals, medicine from the oak bark and lions mane mushrooms. We will create a fall feast using the many wild foods we have harvested both as a group and independently over the course of the this season.
