Introduction weekend in the Columbia Basin ( exact location will begiven after registration). Weekend will cover: wild harvesting ethics, seasonal harvesting rounds, and creating a community for the harvesting year.

What we will harvest : Wild onions, biscuit roots, cattail and tule rhizomes, willow, and sagebrush, plus whatever else we stumble across.

What we will process and create: cattail and tule rhizome flour, steamed wild food breakfast, and a random weave willow basket.

Participants can also fish at the lake will will camp by , and be prepared for camfire feasting and plant processing.
